On a gloomy October morning 28 morganeers (including Martin Littleboy who was to take one group on a tour of the house) and 10 Morgans gathered at Parham House just as the sun began to shine. After coffee and biscuits Martin took the first group round the house and half an hour later his collegue Stephen took the second group round. It was a very interesting tour of a house restored by Clive and Alicia Pearson in the 1920’s and 30’s to its former glory through its different periods starting from Tudor through to Victorian. After the tour we had lunch and then were able to amble round the garden and grounds at our leisure. our thanks to Martin and Stephen for making our visit so interesting.
